Return & Exchange Policy
At Taravali, we want you to love your skincare products. However, please remember all Taravali products are made to order. Therefore:
We do not accept returns: This is because each product is freshly made to order, so we cannot accept returns for hygiene and quality reasons.
Replacements or Refunds: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos.
For proof of spillage or damage, please take a video while opening the package. This helps us assess the issue and process a replacement quickly.
Satisfaction Guarantee: All Taravali products are homemade and are free from chemicals, synthetic ingredients, artificial fragrance, parabens, or preservatives. That said, always do a patch test before using skincare products on your skin. If you see a reaction discontinue use of the products immediately.
